BlockchainHub Berlin and Universität der Künste Berlin (UdK) are collaborating on an Blockchain & Art Event. Prof. Hito Steyerl’s UDK class is named Lensbased will be joining us for an intro to Blockchain, Smart Contracts and the Decentral Web where we will be showcasing existing Blockchain & Art related use cases.

  • Blockchain as a creative tool for artists.
  • Blockchain for the art industry.
  • Crowdfunding of projects or artists through Blockhain.

Existing and potential use cases will be discussed in depth. The aim is to define a few projects together with the start students and support them over the scope of the next few months to implement their Blockchain & Art projects. The workshop will be led by Mick Haldband, Shermin Voshmgir aka kamikat.se & kriskind.info member of art collektive autodiktat and Connor Caraluzzi.

Who can join? To keep the event productive, this is an invite only workshop. However we are happy if interested and active individuals want to join.
